Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used cosmetic products.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Gift cards.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where returned items are not in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mekacosmetic.com with the following:

A description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
Your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exceptions and Additional Information

Meka Cosmetics reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return even if unopened.

International customers: Additional customs and duties may apply and are non-refundable.
